Returns & Refunds policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all consultation services and packages purchased through our website.
1. Consultation Services
All design consultations—virtual or in-person—are time-based professional services and are reserved exclusively for you upon booking.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.
Requests made less than 48 hours in advance may be considered a late cancellation.
No-shows will forfeit the full consultation fee.
3. Refunds
All consultation package fees are non-refundable.
Packages are non-refundable once any portion of the services has been delivered.
Unused sessions or time are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If Lush Naples Interior Design, LLC must cancel a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a refund, at our discretion.
