Lush Naples Interior Design, LLC provides professional interior design services that may include, but are not limited to:

• Conventional or Holistic and biophilic interior design consultations

• Wellness-focused design strategy sessions

• Virtual (remote) design consultations

• In-person site consultations

• Space planning, concept development, material guidance, and aesthetic recommendations

All Services are consultative and advisory in nature only. We do not provide architectural, engineering, construction management, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or health care services, nor do we diagnose or treat any physical or mental condition.

3. Booking and Purchasing Consultation Packages

a. Consultation Packages

Consultation packages may be offered as one-time sessions or bundled offerings. Each package description outlines the scope, duration, format (virtual or in-person), and pricing. Package details are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

b. Scheduling

All appointments are scheduled through our online booking system. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current contact and project information at the time of booking.

c. Virtual Consultations

Virtual consultations are conducted via third-party video conferencing platforms. You are responsible for ensuring reliable internet access, compatible technology, and a private, distraction-free environment. Technical issues on the client side do not constitute grounds for refunds.

d. In-Person Consultations

In-person consultations may require site access and travel. Any applicable travel fees, minimums, or geographic limitations will be disclosed prior to booking.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

• Payment in full is required at the time of booking unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• Accepted payment methods are disclosed during checkout and may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your appointment without notice.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

a. Client Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

• In-person bookings outside the 40-mile radius may be cancelled and refunded, or a virtual solution may be offered, or an additional travel fee may be required to be paid prior to the scheduled meeting at our discretion.

b. Refunds

• Consultation packages are non-refundable once services have commenced.

• Unused portions of packages are not eligible for refunds unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

c. Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a refund at our discretion.

You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information regarding your project

• Ensure timely access to the project site for in-person consultations

• Understand that design recommendations are subjective and dependent on budget, execution by third parties, material availability, and external factors beyond our control

While our design philosophy incorporates principles of wellness, sustainability, and biophilic design, no specific health, emotional, psychological, physiological, or environmental outcomes are guaranteed.
